The Sammamish area has some of the highest dollar homes in Bellevue, simply because of the fact they sit right next to Sammamish Lake, one of the most beautiful sites in Washington. This lake is great for entertaining, and easily justifies why so many of the homes in this area are several million dollars homes. While many of the homes in this area several million dollars, there are actually several homes right on the lakefront that are only a couple hundred thousand. These homes may very well be the best value around.
Some of the homes in this area are townhomes or condos on the East part of Bellevue. Either way, this is a great location that is wonderful to come to and call home
