Campus Highlands is a nice, middle-class neighborhood in Federal Way. The homes here are larger homes that are cozy, and have decent sized back yards. This is a well established neighborhood with beautiful landscaping, friendly neighbors, and well maintained homes. Homes in this area will usually be less than $300,000 and over $200,000.
