Scenic Hills is a great place to live for both affordability and size of homes which you can purchase in this area. This is an older more established area of Kent, so homes may need a bit of fixing up. This keeps the value of the homes a bit lower, but with a little bit of work – these can be just as nice as any other home in the Seattle metro.
