Rolling Hills is a great neighborhood which is close to tons of shopping and entertainment, but you don’t have to pay the high prices of homes that are just to the north. Philip Arnold Park and Tiffany Park are on either side of the Rollings Hills neighborhood. There tons of beautiful townhomes and condos in this area which are very affordable, with many of them being under $100,000.
