Fremont is just above Lake Union, making some of this real estate some of the most valuable real estate in Washington. Homes here sometimes will be sold at over one million dollars, but typically stays under $500,000. These are beautiful homes that are close to just about everything in Seattle, and lie just west of the I-5.
