Madison Park has some of the most stately homes in Seattle. This beautiful area has large homes, townhomes, and condos. Roughly half of the homes in this area are right around $500,000, and are beautiful 3 to 5 bedroom homes. While the other half of the homes are closer to $200,000 and are small homes perfect for making small house payments. Some of these properties sit and about a tenth of an acre, where others have large yards. This is a great suburb of Seattle.
